Just a quick note to remind you to not give anyone your personal information such as address, Credit Card details, Bank Account Numbers or any other type of personal identification when they ring you. We have had a couple of customers who were caught by these mongrills. Microsoft or your bank will NEVER email or ring you requesting this information.
